POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Policies and procedures are an essential part of any organization. Together, policies and procedures provide a roadmap for day-to-day operations. They give guidance for decision-making, and streamline internal processes.

AVAILABILITY

All services are scheduled on a first come first serve basis through our scheduling app.

TIME

Time begins from the time of departure and continues until the requested task is completed.

PAYMENT

A la carte personal concierge services will be billed to your credit card. We’ll request a credit card authorization when you book your services. All monthly personal assistance membership packages will be charged to your credit card on the first of each month, along with any overages and actual costs* from the prior month. An itemized receipt will be sent at the end of each job. No other discounts can be applied to membership packages.  

Rates do not include the *cost of items purchased. You have the option of providing, cash, or you can pre-purchase items with your debit/credit card. There is a 5% fee for any items or expenses purchased by BCB Lifestyle + Concierge. This fee is non-refundable.

*The cost for any merchandise requested by client, is billed in addition to the service fee.

Mileage in excess of 20 miles will be billed at .50/mile.

* BBC Lifestyle + Concierge will advance a reasonable amount  for purchases or payments made while running errands or performing personal services.  Full reimbursement is expected upon delivery of goods or services. For purchase of high-ticket items a prepayment  before service may be requested.

EVENINGS/WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS

Additional charges apply for evening, weekend, major holiday and/or out of town services. Regular business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. An additional premium of $10/hour apply Monday-Friday 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. and weekends. An additional $20/hour apply for holidays including but not limited to New Years Eve, New Years Day, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Oaks Day, Derby Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

CANCELLATION

Twenty-four hour notice is requested when scheduling or canceling an appointment, however, we do understand that emergencies come up from time to time. BCB Lifestyle + Concierge Service will do what we can to accommodate your time sensitive matter. We do reserve the right to assess a $25 cancellation fee.

PRIVACY

First and foremost, all information regarding clients of BCB Lifestyle + Concierge is held in the strictest confidence and will not be sold to any outside source. We take the protection of your privacy very seriously and have implemented a policy for the handling of your confidential and personal information.
